India and Egypt reaffirm strategic partnership at 13th foreign office consultations  

The two sides agreed to hold the 14th round of Foreign Office Consultations in Egypt on a mutually convenient date, reflecting their commitment to maintaining momentum in bilateral dialogue

India and Egypt convened the 13th round of Foreign Office Consultations (FOC) in New Delhi on December 5, 2024, showcasing a renewed commitment to their longstanding and strategic partnership.

The meeting was co-chaired by  Arun Kumar Chatterjee, Secretary (Consular, Passport, Visa & Overseas Indian Affairs), from the Indian side, and Ambassador Ahmed Shaheen, Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs, representing Egypt.
