Dikshu Kukreja, the Managing Principal of CP Kukreja Architects and the visionary behind this iconic project, remarked, “The architecture and design of IICC, or YashoBhoomi, epitomize innovation and sustainability, showcasing India’s design prowess on the international stage like never before. As an unprecedented urban-scale Mixed-Use development and state-of-the-art Convention Centre, IICC now stands as the international benchmark, firmly placing India on the global map.”
This monumental Convention Centre, one of the largest in the world, boasts the capability to host a staggering 10,000 attendees simultaneously. Asia’s second-largest and the world’s third-largest Convention Centre, its groundbreaking Indoor Arena, featuring a retractable roof, is India’s first 20,000-seater indoor arena, set to become a world-class venue for a myriad of events. Crucially, the project aligns with Green building principles and aims for the prestigious IGBC Platinum rating, setting remarkable new standards in sustainability.
Strategically positioned adjacent to the International Airport and at the nexus of Gurgaon and Delhi, the project morphs into a significant Transportation Hub, amplifying public connectivity.
