Indian student dies in UK road accident, four others injured

 Leicestershire Police have appealed to the public for information and evidence

They are particularly interested in speaking with anyone who witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage from the area during the time of the accident

In a tragic incident in Leicestershire, eastern England, a 32-year-old Indian student lost his life while four others sustained serious injuries in a road accident, according to Leicestershire Police, reported abplive.com.

 The accident, reported on Tuesday morning, involved a grey Mazda 3 Tamura that veered off the road and landed in a ditch.

The victim, identified as Chiranjeevi Panguluri, was a passenger in the vehicle. Originally from Andhra Pradesh, India, and residing in Leicester, Panguluri was pronounced dead at the scene. The car was traveling from Leicester toward Market Harborough along the A6 when the fatal collision occurred.

Three co-passengers, including one woman and two men, along with the driver, were hospitalized following the incident. While the two male passengers remain in hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, the condition of the others is yet to be confirmed.
