Indians lead as top talent in gulf workforce, survey reveals

A report by Naukrigulf Hiring Outlook report emphasizes the Gulf’s strong appeal as an employment hub, drawing professionals from various nationalities

Indians, Filipinos, and Arabs are identified as the top talent groups in the Gulf region, according to the latest Naukrigulf Hiring Outlook Report.

With Indians making up 31 percent of the workforce, followed by Filipinos at 22 percent and Arabs at 21 percent, the Gulf continues to attract a diverse and multicultural talent pool.

The report emphasizes the Gulf’s strong appeal as an employment hub, drawing professionals from various nationalities.

However, it also highlights the ongoing challenges of salary mismatches and skill shortages, which employers must address to ensure successful recruitment and retention.
