ITC Hotels has a new app for customers

Customers using the app will be able to book all kinds of services across all ITC brand hotels – ITC Hotels, WelcomHotels and Fortune Hotels. Today, ITC has 55 hotels and resorts across the country

ITC Hotels has a new all-in-one hotel application that can be used for room reservations, restaurant reservations, food delivery and takeaway. The app will also enable management of loyalty membership. Customers using the app will be able to book all kinds of services across all ITC brand hotels – ITC Hotels, WelcomHotels and Fortune Hotels. Today, ITC has 55 hotels and resorts across the country.

The Loyalty Club ITC members can also save up to 10 per on room reservations through Club ITC exclusive member rates and earn and redeem Club ITC Green Points for their stays booked directly. As an exclusive limited time offer, Club ITC members can also earn 500 bonus Green Points for materialised room reservations.

Business travellers can book their stays at their organisations’ contracted corporate rates via the app making the whole reservation process hassle free and easily accessible at all times, an ITC Hotels release said.
