KC Group got the management contract as the hotel is scheduled to open at the end of this year after the renovations are completed
The Indian Hotels’ Company Limited (IHCL) recently announced a Vivanta hotel in Jammu in J & K. In the heart of the city, the existing 88-room hotel will be upgraded into the Vivanta brand post renovation. The hotel is a management contract with the KC Group and is scheduled to open at the end of this year after the renovations are completed, reported ETTravelWorld.
Commenting on the signing, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “The signing of this hotel is in line with IHCL’s vision of expanding our presence in key domestic markets. Jammu has significant tourism and commercial potential. Vivanta Jammu will be the first IHCL hotel in the city. We are delighted to partner with the KC Group.”
The hotel is not far from the airport or the major tourist attractions. It will have an all-day dining restaurant, Mynt, and a bar. There is a pool, fitness center and spa. The hotel will also feature banqueting halls with meeting rooms for social and business gatherings
