Miss Margarita comes to Goa

Everything from scratch has been personalised, infact the tiles used have been imported to keep the look of the place as natural as possible. 80 % of the place is open seating with provisions for rain protection keeping the tropical weather in mind

Hola Amigos! Miss Margarita by Arriba has opened its doors in Vagator, North Goa. A venture of Agave Hospitality, Miss Margarita is one of India’s most popular Mexican restaurant. With its creative new offering, cool, yet laid-back atmosphere coupled with great service, Miss Margarita, is set to become your go-to destination for a taste of rustic Mexico! The menu has been carefully crafted by Chef Noah Louis Barnes, Chef-Partner at  Miss Margarita by Arriba.

With seating capacity of XX pax the place is spread across xx square foot. The place boasts of a mellow tropical vibe with use of colours like coral, cobalt blue, and earthy tones. The decor is mostly handcrafted with mosaic work and natural lighting which gives you an authentic feel that slips into a Goan vibe. According to Noah Barnes, Chef and Co-Founder, Miss Margarita, “We always wanted to take the place Pan India and Goa is a melting pot of cultures and people coming from all parts of the world. Keeping the expansion plans in mind, Goa was the ideal place for launching Miss Margarita next. We have kept the vibe and menu purely tropical and casual. We will soon be launching in other cities as well. Till then we hope that Miss Margarita Goa will be the IT place to visit!”

Talking about the menu, they have sourced local ingredients and used them to create dishes that give an authentic Mexican flavour. You will see the Miss Margarita menu is very different from the regular menu in Delhi. They have introduced a lot of sea food, keeping in mind and using Goa to their advantage when it comes to playing with ingredients and taste.

Dig into the sea menu from our smoking pit section- Baja Smoked Lobster Tail, Tikin Xik Flaky Fish, Red and Green Snapper, Barbeque Tequilla Jumbo Shrimp. All dishes come with a pronounced umami taste from the blue smoke generated in the pit which adds a burst of complex & robust flavors. Chef Noah takes inspiration from age-old traditional Mexican cooking methods. Choose from the variety of appetizers to ignite your appetite- Smoked Beetroot & Heart of Palm Ceviche, Chipotle crusted Tuna and Watercress, Beer Marinated Mexican Hot Wings. Moving on to the signature tacos- Cilantro Lime Crab Taco, Blackened Cajun Fish Taco, Dry Rub Pulled Chicken Taco will surely make you want for more. Explore the menu with large varieties of Enchiladas to Fajitas to the mouthwatering Mexican main course dishes. Complete your meal with scrumptious desserts like Tres Leche and Cinnamon Churros.

That’s not all! Miss Margarita as the name suggests has an exotic array of delicious summer tequila specials to pickled margaritas and slushier, you name it and we serve it! It is a celebration of all things Tequila, and India’s first tequila bar that offers a wide selection of cocktails. At Miss Margarita, Tequila can be enjoyed on the rocks, blended with fruit & ice into margaritas, or slammed as shots with salt & wedges of lime. The menu is new, fresh, and delicious just like the ingredients used to make the cocktails. Try their classic margaritas- Fresh Watermelon, Classic Lime to signature margaritas- Bloody Mary Margarita, Grogurita, Hibiscus Basil Margarita, Chile Lime Mango Margarita. Not to forget the special Tequila cocktails- Orange Basil Tequilla Smash to Spiced Tequilla Kaffir Sour to Barrel Aged Tequila Manhattan, they will all blow your mind away. Their special Kombuchas Gin Gin Jamun, Berry Kombucha chilli, Lemon Grass Bubble are worth trying for.
