Giving much-awaited respite to passengers from other countries, Abu Dhabi has decided to lift mandatory quarantine for all fully vaccinated passengers against Covid-19.

Since Non-Resident-Indians have a large presence in the UAE, it will be easy for them to travel if they take two doses of Covid-19 vaccine.

However, people from countries that are still on the red list must observe the 10-day compulsory quarantine.

The new quarantine policy will be applicable from September 5, The National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority said.

On arrival in Abu Dhabi all passengers have to undergo a PCR test within 4 to 8 days

So it is clear now that all visa holders who are fully vaccinated are welcome to arrive in the country, and they will be exempted from compulsory quarantine.

On arrival in Abu Dhabi, all passengers have to undergo a PCR test within 4 to 8 days.

Moreover, the new visa issued to visit the country doesn’t require prior approval from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
