After the killing of 4 members of an Indian-American family in the USA’s California, people have come out on the streets, and a protest movement has begun, with candle-marches being organized at various places. The white community has too, protested against the attacks on Indians in the country, and they have been supporting the protest rallies being organized by Indians, reported goachronicle.com.

In the wake of the killings, French-American artist, Michael Bergeron, expressing his disbelief, said that all the family did was to come to the USA to earn a living and support their old parents.

Social worker and documentary filmmaker, Valarie Kaur said that nobody cared about the intention behind the murders, but what was the most startling factor was that the killers did not even spare the life of an 8-month-old

The local people who were protesting held boards in their hands which read that they stood with the Sikh community, and that no family should go through such an ordeal.

Social worker and documentary filmmaker, Valarie Kaur said that nobody cared about the intention behind the murders, but what was the most startling factor was that the killers did not even spare the life of an 8-month-old. She added how the killings are reminding people about the social torture faced in the USA during earlier times.
