Expanding Strategic Partnerships with France
During the bilateral segment, the leaders will review progress on the 2047 Horizon Roadmap for the India-France strategic partnership. The Prime Minister will also pay tribute to Indian soldiers at the Mazargues War Cemetery who fought in World Wars I and II.
Following France, the Prime Minister will embark on a two-day visit to the United States at the invitation of President Donald Trump. This will be their first meeting after President Trump’s historic electoral victory and inauguration in January.
Enhancing India-US Strategic Cooperation
The visit aims to build on past collaborations and set a new agenda to further elevate and deepen India-US ties. Key focus areas include technology, trade, defence, energy, and supply chain resilience. Both leaders will work together to enhance mutual benefits for their nations and contribute to global progress.
