West Midlands Police describe the crime as “appalling” and seek public help to identify the suspect
A 20-year-old Indian-origin woman was raped and assaulted in what police have called a “racially aggravated attack” in the Park Hall area of Walsall, West Midlands, United Kingdom. Police have released a blurry CCTV image of the accused — described as a white man in his 30s, with short hair and dark clothing — as they appeal to the public for urgent information.
