Seven all-party delegations to key partner nations to project India’s zero tolerance on terrorism
In the aftermath of Operation Sindoor, launched following the Pahalgam attack on April 22, the Indian government has appointed seven MPs across party lines to lead all-party delegations to strategic partner countries. This move aims to communicate India’s firm stance against terrorism globally. Opposition leaders Shashi Tharoor and Kanimozhi will join ruling alliance members like Ravi Shankar Prasad and Sanjay Jha in this diplomatic mission, reported timesofindia.indiatimes.com.

Ravi Shankar Prasad will head a delegation visiting Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Algeria. Supriya Sule’s team is set for Oman, Kenya, South Africa, and Egypt, while Sanjay Jha leads another to Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, and Indonesia — the world’s largest Muslim nation. Each delegation, comprising six to seven MPs from parties such as BJP, NCP, Shiv Sena, and Congress, is tasked with reinforcing India’s message of zero tolerance on terrorism. Former Union Minister Salman Khurshid will also join Jha’s group, though Trinamool Congress MP Sudip Bandyopadhyay has opted out due to health reasons.
