In a circular sent to travel agents, Scoot said the flights will not be under the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) agreement signed with India and travellers will have to follow the entry rules and health guidelines issued by Singapore authorities on arrival. Incoming travellers have to quarantine themselves for the seven day Stay Home Notice (SHN) in Singapore.
Scoot was operating flights to India touching Hyderabad, Tiruchirappalli and Amritsar. Coimbatore, Trivandrum, and Vishakhapatnam will be new connections. Scoot has introduced promotional fares that are available on Scoot direct channels.
