A new Presidential Proclamation signed by U.S. President Joe Biden says that those who want to fly to US on or after November 8 will now have to be fully vaccinated. However, children under 18 are exempt from the vaccine entry requirement, while children under two years old do not need to test.
An attempt has been made to harmonise disparate, country-specific rules with restrictions eased for India, Brazil, South Africa and the U.K. Ireland, the Schengen Area. All travellers will continue to be required to show a pre-departure negative COVID test taken within three days of travel prior to boarding. Even if vaccinated, travellers still need to provide a negative Covid-19 test but will get three days to do so before their flight

Basic, valid contact information and an attestation confirming the data need to be provided to airlines before boarding flights to the United States.
