Canada held three all-stream Express Entry draws in March, with the last one being held on March 29. A high number of candidates – 7,000 in each draw were issued invites to apply for permanent residency. This is being viewed as unprecedented, reported ToI.

Prior to resumption of the all-stream draws in July 2022 – which had seen a halt owing to the pandemic, the last draw that was held on December 23, 2020 had a minimum CRS score was 468 with invitations to apply sent to 5,000 candidates.
According to immigration experts, typically in a month two draws were held with invites sent to around 1000 candidates. At present, the frequency of the draws seems unpredictable, they added.
