The photo in many ways recaptures the quintessential magic and romance of Bollywood most iconic screen couple, Raj Kapoor and Nargis, with their unmatched, true-to-life screen chemistry and charishma.

A vintage classic from the era of black and white films during the 1950’s, the movie ‘Shree 420”, recounts the story of a young couple seeking love amidst the all too harsh realities of city-life in Mumbai (then known as Bombay).

The song sequence in the movie shows Nargis and Raj Kapoor walking in the rain under one umbrella as they sing  “Pyar hua, Ikrar hua”  (which roughly translates to “Love is really happening” in English). Both the movie and the song are still as  popular as ever in several Asian and European countries. The song is sung by late Lata Mangeshkar and Manna Dey.

In the viral photo that captures a sweet, intimate moment, Rishi Sunak and his wife, Akshata share an umbrella in the rain, as they make their way to the Akshardham temple, barefooted in the rain.

The British premier is in a white formal shirt paired with royal blue trousers, while Akshata has  on an olive green floral printed kurta with pinkish red palazzos and matching dupatta.

Rishi Sunak married Akshata, the daughter of Infosys Founder N.R. Narayana Murthy and Sudha Murty in 2009.

During their visit rning, the couple performed ‘abhishek’ (ritual involving the pouring of water) on the idol of Shri Nilkanth Varni Maharaj, and offered prayers for world peace, progress and harmony.
