Indian conversational AI platform ConvoZen has announced its expansion into the Middle East, marking its first major international move as it seeks to tap growing demand for artificial intelligence solutions across the Gulf region.

The Bengaluru-based company, developed by Indian proptech firm NoBroker, is entering the markets of the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar through a strategic partnership with Al-Futtaim Technologies. The collaboration will support the deployment of AI-powered conversational intelligence solutions for enterprises across key sectors, including retail, banking, automotive, healthcare and real estate.

As part of the expansion, ConvoZen has introduced Arabic speech models named Alif and Alfaaz, designed to improve voice recognition and customer interaction in Arabic-speaking markets. The company said the new models are intended to provide more accurate speech processing while supporting multilingual customer engagement across the region.

  • ConvoZen’s platform analyses customer conversations across voice, chat and digital channels using artificial intelligence

  • It offers features such as real-time agent assistance, automated quality monitoring, compliance checks and customer sentiment analysis, enabling businesses to improve service standards and operational efficiency

The company said its technology has been deployed across high-volume customer service operations in India and is capable of handling millions of interactions. The Middle East expansion is expected to build on this experience as organisations in the Gulf accelerate investment in AI-led digital transformation.

Industry analysts view the move as part of a broader trend of Indian technology firms expanding into the Gulf, where governments and businesses are increasing investments in artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure. The partnership is also expected to strengthen technology collaboration between India and the Middle East while supporting enterprise adoption of AI-driven customer experience solutions.
