Double vaccination has helped overseas travel

With vaccination underway, the situation will hopefully become much better, both for travel and in general

Indian travellers, according to a PTI report, who have received double dose of the vaccination, are now more confident of taking international flights.

The lifting of restriction by the US for fully vaccinated passengers, many felt, was a good move. Many travellers have started taking flights to America. With vaccination underway, the situation will hopefully become much better, both for travel and in general.

From October 11, Indian travellers who received both doses of Covishield or UK-approved vaccine at least 14 days before arrival in the UK started travel without having to quarantine. Nor were they required to take a pre-departure test nor a day-eight test following arrival, according to the new rules.

Other destinations where Indian passengers were headed, according to the PTI report, were Amsterdam, Chile, Dubai, Moscow and Bhutan.
