IndiGo Expands Connectivity with Mumbai-Ayodhya Direct Flights

Commercial operations from Delhi to Ayodhya will begin on January 06, 2024, and from Ahmedabad to Ayodhya on January 11, 2024.

IndiGo, India’s leading airline, is set to enhance its network by introducing direct flights between Mumbai and Ayodhya from January 15, 2024. This strategic move aims to provide passengers with convenient and direct access to Ayodhya, streamlining their travel experience. The announcement follows IndiGo’s recent revelation of launching operations from the soon-to-be-inaugurated Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram International Airport in Ayodhya, with the commencement of Delhi flights on December 30, 2023. Subsequent to this, commercial operations from Delhi to Ayodhya will begin on January 06, 2024, and from Ahmedabad to Ayodhya on January 11, 2024.

Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales at IndiGo, expressed enthusiasm about the expanded connectivity, stating, “We are pleased to announce direct connectivity between Ayodhya and Mumbai, complementing our existing routes from Delhi and Ahmedabad.
