The process suddenly has snatched the ‘sense of home’ every European was finding in Britain. And this has happened due to Brexit (Britain’s exit from the European Union.)

The Britons will also have to feel the same experience in European Union countries as some one million Britons have to apply for post-Brexit residency permits to stay in EU member countries.

France also has initiated the process and deadline on for the post-Brexit residency permits in France was June 30, 2021.

The Britons will also have to feel the same experience in European Union countries as some one million Britons have to apply for post-Brexit residency permits to stay in EU member countries.

Now starts the tricky situation for many European migrants. From June 31, 2021, Europeans who haven’t applied for the residency status may lose their legal right to work, renting house would be difficult, and even access to hospitals may have issue.

There may be discontinuation in welfare benefits in the UK, and the harshest may be that such individuals may besubject to deportation.

There are many elderly EU nationals who do not know about the ‘settlement’ and there are others who are in doubt whether their children also need to go through the process.

The British government, however, is assuring people about the smoothness about the system that will help in streamlining things.
