Police recover Picasso’s painting stolen from gallery in 2012

The Greece Police have recovered a Picasso painting stolen from the National Gallery in 2012.

The painting ‘Head of a Woman’ was stolen from the gallery. The painting was gifted by Pablo Picasso to Greece in 1949.

It was recovered in the rural area of Keratea, some 45 km southeast of Athens and the suspect has been arrested.
