In the wake of the successful Chandrayaan-3 mission conducted by ISRO, Sai Vignatha, an Indian expatriate residing in the USA but with ancestral ties to the Peddapalli district of Telangana, has demonstrated a profound expression of love for her mother, as reported by M9.

Driven by the monumental achievement of Chandrayaan-3 and her sentimental connection to her roots, Sai Vignatha decided to manifest her affection for her mother in an exceptional way. Utilizing the services of the ‘International Lunar Registry,’ she acquired a parcel of lunar land, symbolizing the depth of her emotions.

Sai Vignatha, who hails from a family associated with Singareni Collieries, where her parents Suddala Ramchandram and Vakuladevi are employed, holds the position of a project manager and financial advisor to Governor Kimberly Kay Ronalds in Iowa State.

Motivated by the streamlined online land registration process offered by the Lunar Registry, Sai Vignatha chose to immortalize her mother’s unwavering support by securing an acre of lunar land, an investment amounting to Rs 35 lakh. The timing of this registration was deliberate, coinciding with the triumphant touchdown of Chandrayaan-3, thus enhancing the symbolic value of the gift.
